On July 28, the Ramensky City Court of Moscow Region ruled to block a reprinted translation of The Economist’s article on torture. In 2006, The Economist published an article in English on corruption «How to Grease a Palm». In the same year, InoSMI translated into Russian and published the article «If You Don’t Grease a Palm, You Don’t Go Far: How to Bribe». Ukraine Criminal media reprinted the translation on its website. The page with this publication was blocked.
