In Kaluga, police detained independent journalist Denis Starostin because of a comment by another journalist, Timofei Radzikhovsky, under Dmitry Medvedev’s post on the social network Vkontakte in the group of blogger Dmitry Puchkov (Goblin): «Dmitry, can you stop drinking already?». The security forces tried to get information from Starostin about Radzikhovsky and send him to Moscow — only Starostin’s press card stopped them, then they let him go. After Starostin was detained, the administrators of the Kaluga Region Civil Society group lost access to it.
