The Bryansk Regional Court dismissed the lawsuit filed by Klintsy mayor Sergey Evteev against the Klintsy.info portal for protection of business reputation. The subject of the lawsuit was a publication stating that the 2021 fair in Klintsy on the 50th Anniversary of October Square was supposed to last until July 13, but the place near the city administration continued to be occupied. The city administration claimed that the journalists concealed the existence of a legal act that extended the fair to July 16. The journalists found out that the amendments to the order to hold the fair were made retroactively — just on July 16.
