In Andijan, the police officer took away the phone from the journalist of Human.uz Zhavokhir Abdullayev, who was filming the sugar trade in a public place, on the pretext of the buyers' protest against the filming, as the press secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs later claimed. As noted, the law enforcement officer allegedly took the phone from the journalist as he started filming. However, it is specified that not a single citizen asked the law enforcer to confiscate the phone or protested against the filming.
