On April 16, 2022, in Simferopol, police officers detained the blogger Alexey Yefremov at his home and drew up a report on him under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation) for a publication unidentified at the moment. He was then taken to court for the review of the report of administrative offense. The court found the blogger guilty and fined him.
