On March 16, 2022, in Belogorsk, the law enforcers inspected the apartment of the activist and social networks user Abdureshit Dzhepparov, as a result of which two laptops and two phones were seized, and Dzhepparov himself was detained. During his detention, Rosgvardia officers also detained several people who had gathered near his home, shooting in the air. He was drawn up a report under Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (propaganda or public demonstration of Nazi attributes or symbols, or attributes or symbols of extremist organizations) and several hours later he was taken to court.
