On February 15, 2022, during the hearing of the criminal case against the journalist Vladislav Esipenko, judge Dlyaver Berberov refused to grant the request of the civil journalist of the Crimean Solidarity Zedin Adzhikelyamov to take photos and videos of the trial. Moreover, the judge refused to allow the journalist into the hall, citing the decision of the Supreme Court of Crimea, which recommends not to allow the presence of persons who are not participants in the process during the meetings.
