Toplum TV correspondents Vusala Mikail and Nurai Dzhamal were mistreated while carrying out their professional activities in the Yasamal district. Correspondents who witnessed the evacuation of shops near the Academy of Sciences metro station filmed the incident. A person claiming to be a representative of the Yasamal district executive offered journalists a bribe to stop filming. The journalists declined the offer. The representative of the executive authorities forcibly took the phone from Vusala Mikail and fled the scene. At the end of the day, the phone was returned to the journalist.
