In Moscow, police officers detained Vera Bashmakova for the writing «No to War» on her car. Bashmakova was told that the car was identified as stolen, her documents were taken away, and the woman herself was taken to the police station. The police drew up a report on her for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces, then released her and gave her the documents for the car.
