A young man was detained in Dushanbe who threatened to physically assault Abdukodir Talbakov, the journalist and director of the city's Lahuti library. The detainee turned out to be Tugen Ismoilov, a resident of the Farkhor district. He was arrested for 15 days. Abdukodir Talbakov believes that the threat is related to his social network publications, including those dedicated to religious topics.
