A resident of the Vakhsh district, previously suspected of violent acts of a sexual nature against a minor, filed a lawsuit against the newspaper Oila and psychologist Nafisa Yunusova and demanded a total of TJS 400,000 as compensation for moral damage. The lawyer of the former suspect claimed that Oila had published an article on its website with unverified facts and thereby caused moral damage to his client. The lawsuit will be heard on April 25.
