Trofimenko was detained along with several colleagues at an anti-war rally they were covering for their media outlets. The police detained the journalists wearing vests marked «Press» and carrying their editorial credentials and assignments. An Avtozak.Live correspondent reported that the officers took the journalists' passports, press cards, and editorial assignments. The officers also demanded that the journalists switch off their phones. The journalists were released without any reports, but their personal data were recorded.
