In Taganrog, the police detained journalist Polina Efimova, who works for Radio Svoboda. Efimova was detained near a temporary accommodation centre for refugees from the eastern regions of Ukraine – she had gone there to talk to residents of Mariupol who had been taken to the Rostov Region for the past few days.
