Armenian National Interests Fund CJSC filed a lawsuit to the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against Hraparak Daily Newspaper LLC and journalist Syusan Simonyan demanding to refute the information considered libel and compensate the damage caused to the business reputation. The reason for the lawsuit was the article from July 24 on Hraparak.am news website which said that David Papazyan had published a Q&A with himself, presenting the deal made on July 14 with Air Arabia company. The journalist then expressed the concluding thought that «the state invests, and the businessman pockets the money...». On August 10, the lawsuit was accepted for proceedings. Still, in doing so, the court rejected the plaintiff's request to prohibit the defendant from using his property in the amount demanded by the lawsuit.
