Businessman Fizuli Mammadov filed a civil suit against Xural TV and Reaksiya TV. He believes that the information about him disseminated by these media is libel. Binagadi District Court partially satisfied the claim. Xural TV information resource should pay AZN 350 to the plaintiff and remove materials from the website. In turn, the media outlet Reaksiya TV must pay AZN 230 to the plaintiff and remove materials from the website.
