The journalist was attacked when he tried to ask the State Border Guard Service chairman a question during a ceremony to bid farewell to those killed in a military helicopter crash. Rovshan Jahangirov, the State Border Guard Service officer, used force against the Baku TV journalist Tural Museibov and the cameraman accompanying him, attacking them with his fists.
