In Moscow, Dmitry Golubovsky, the editor of Radio Arzamas, was detained because he refused to remove a banner with the flag of Ukraine and the inscription «No War» from his window at the demand of a police officer. He was charged with violating the action order (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
