The Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against Roman Yushkov, the Perm-based journalist and public figure. The grounds for the criminal case were his comments on the video of the Tsargrad channel entitled «Sex Slave for the Diaspora. Azerbaijanis are Rampant in Izhevsk». Yushkov's apartment was searched, after which he was interrogated. This is not the first criminal case under this article initiated against the journalist.
