The judge of the Kievsky District Court, Mikhail Belousov, considered the case of an administrative offence against civil journalist Vladlen Seydaliev and found him guilty of violating the high alert regime imposed in connection with the pandemic. He was fined RUB 30,000. The judge did not allow the public defender to express his position on the case before announcing the decision.
