Nicolae Chirilciuc, candidate for the Balti mayoralty from the Patriots of Moldova party, expressed threats and insults against Slava Perunov, publisher and director of the independent media SP. The politician was discontented with some questions at the debates and comments from users, as well as financial questions related to the advertising. Perunov filed complaints about the threats with the police and electoral bodies.
