Open Media correspondent Dmitry Balashov who was detained during a rally in Moscow, was released from the police department with a protocol on violation of the order of the rally (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The police interrogated Balashov as a witness in a criminal case of violation of the sanitary and epidemiological regime (Article 236 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
