An administrative case was opened against Vazhenina for contempt to authorities (Part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) for a video in which the interviewees criticized Vladimir Putin. On October 29, 2021, the Central District Court of Khabarovsk did not find any offence and closed the case.
