Journalist Anush Dashtenz was attacked in the centre of Yerevan. When she noticed the deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Hayk Sargsian standing at the pre-election headquarters of the ruling Civil Contract party, she approached him and tried to ask a question, which he did not like it. Instead of answering, the deputy snatched the phone from the journalist's hands and left it in his car, saying he would not give it back until «the journalist gets wise». Soon, the deputy returned the phone to the journalist through his representatives, but it was decoded, and the video material on it was deleted.
