The camera crew of the Belsat TV channel — Katsiaryna Tkachenka and Ivan Kurakevich — were detained when they were going to their car after filming. A minibus arrived, and about seven riot policemen ran out of it and ordered the journalists to go to the police department. At the police department, the cameraman's camera and other professional equipment were confiscated. He was drawn up an administrative report for cooperation with a foreign media without accreditation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Article 22.9 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). The journalists were released a few hours later.
