The court started the consideration of the administrative case against the journalist for participation in unauthorized street action. Having heard the testimonies of Ihar Bublikau and a witness, the judge announced a break in the process. Bublikau was detained on September 27 during the dispersal of a protest march in Hrodna. Even though the journalist was wearing a vest with the inscription «Press», he was taken to the police department and drawn up a report for violation of the law on mass events (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus).
