Based on the police report, the court found Kurakevich guilty of participation in the street action and arrested him for 15 days. The day before, on December 7, the security officials detained the camera crew of the Belsat TV channel when they were covering the protest «march of pensioners». They were taken to the police department, charged with participation in an unauthorized event (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus), and sent to the detention centre until the trial.
