The journalist was detained by the police when he was filming an individual picket on the square in front of the regional administration. He was taken to the district police department and questioned as a witness in an administrative case of illegal picketing. With the police threatening to confiscate his phone, the journalist was forced to delete the video of the picket. After that he was released.
