The Secretariat of the Georgian Charter of Journalistic Ethics accepted the complaint of the Shame movement against the journalists of the Imedi TV channel Irakli Chikhladze and Shorena Khvichia. On February 9, the Imedi TV channel aired the story entitled «Who are those people who are trying to seize power at the expense of the people and the country?». The complainant alleges that the contested piece violated the first principle of the Charter – credibility.
