In July 2020, the police drew up a protocol on journalist Alexey Yakovlev under Part 9 of Article 13.15 of the Administrative Code of Offences (spreading fakes) for an April post in Telegram channel about the different salaries doctors have in Moscow and Yaroslavl. In December, the magistrate's court dismissed the case.
