Blogger and activist Evgeny Domozhirov was fined RUB 30,000 under Article 5.22 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (obtaining the ballot in an illegal way) because of a video about double voting on the amendments to the Constitution. On July 6, he was taken to the police for an explanation. Domozhirov is also being investigated under Article 142 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (falsification of all-Russian voting documents).
