According to the decision of the Ostankinsky District Court of Moscow, the founder of the media must pay RUB 20,000 and Uglanov – RUB 10,000 in a lawsuit filed by Dmitry Rogozin, head of Roscosmos, for the protection of the business reputation. The court ruled to remove the material in which Rogozin was called the «undertaker of Russian space». Newstracker and The Moscow Post acted as co-defendants in the lawsuit. The publications were based on an article by Novye Izvestiya from October 1, 2018, about the problems of Russian cosmonautics.
