Moscow City Court upheld last year's decision on the lawsuit filed by the family of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations Vice-Rector Natalia Kuzmina against Luchenko and her three co-defendants. Each of them is obliged to pay the plaintiffs RUB 400,000 as compensation for moral damage. The court has ruled to remove disputed materials about chaotic construction in Moscow's historical centre and publish a refutation. Moscow City Court overturned the payment of liquidated damages only.
