Serafim (Oleg) Nikolin, the former senior priest of the Voskresensky Military Cathedral in Omsk, filed a lawsuit against protodeacon Kuraev for the protection of honour and dignity. The reason was Kuraev's post on LiveJournal of last year, in which it was reported that Father Serafim was removed from service due to accusations of molestation of an underage seminarian. The plaintiff demands compensation of RUB 300,000.
