Sovetsky District Court partially satisfied the lawsuit of the city hospital №1 against Chernov for defamation. A controversial article about the deaths of seven infants was published in August 2019. The blogger claimed that the babies were born in one medical facility and then transferred to another. The plaintiff found this information defamatory. Chernov was obliged to publish a refutation and compensate legal expenses.
