Zamoskvoretsky District Court fined Artem Besedin RUB 10,000 under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for violating the rules of participation in action. On July 3, Besedin was detained in front of the Federal Security Service building on Lubyanka Street together with other participants of pickets in support of Pskov journalist Svetlana Prokopyeva, accused of justification of terrorism.
