Said Yanyshev, the journalist of the Russian news agency Fergana, was fined five basic amounts for «spreading false information» on Facebook. He wrote that the real estate developer of the Modera Towers housing estate, Tako Sales had no permits to build the 25-floor building and that the principal of school №160 had agreed to the construction «for a fee».
