Kuzminsky District Court fined Parkhomenko RUB 10,000 for covering the action on July 13 in support of Ivan Safronov. Parkhomenko was found guilty under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of participation in the action), although he was near Lefortovo pre-trial detention centre on the editorial assignment. The management of the radio station sided with the prosecution, after which Parkhomenko resigned from Kommersant publishing house.
