The Yuzhny District Military Court sentenced Timur Ibragimov to 17 years in a strict regime colony and one and a half years of restriction of liberty in the second Bakhchisaray Hizb ut-Tahrir case. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 205.5 (organization of the activities of a terrorist organization), Part 1 of Article 30 / Article 278 (preparation of a violent seizure of power) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
