Khamovnichesky District Court arrested Ivanov for 13 days under the article on repeated violation of the rules for participation in a public event (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The protocol was drawn up on Ivanov on August 1 for an event against political repressions, which took place on March 14 near the Federal Security Service building on Lubyanka.
