The Krasnoflotskiy District Court arrested Dmitry Khetagurov for one day under Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (participation in the event that interfered with the traffic) for filming a protest rally on September 12. The journalist was arrested on November 11 during filming an individual picket and left overnight at the police station. After the trial, he was immediately arrested again under the same article.
