Sergey Smirnov, editor-in-chief of Mediazona, was summoned to Roskomnadzor to be drawn up a report under the article on abuse of media freedom (Part 2 of Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). One of the publications did not mention that Artpodgotovka is an organisation banned in Russia. Smirnov is obliged to appear at the agency on April 16, despite the restriction of movement in Moscow due to the COVID-19.
