On November 3, 2020, the police officers detained the citizen journalist of the Crimean Solidarity, Vilen Temeryanov, near the court building, where about 200 people gathered in connection with the verdict to a group of Crimean Muslims. He was taken to the police department and drawn up two reports: one under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation by a participant of a public event of the established order of holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, march, or picketing) and another under Article 20.6.1 (failure to comply with the rules of conduct on high alert).
