On May 19 and 22, the Central District Court of Simferopol held two sessions regarding the political prisoner Edem Bekirov, who was released on exchange. The bailiffs told the journalist of the Crimean Process and other attendees at the entrance to the court building that only participants of the process are allowed in the building due to the measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. They refused to let the journalist in.
