Luninetsky District Court fined MP Company LLC, to which Media Polesye is registered, 199 basic amounts for republishing the «Pinsk case» material. The legal entity was found guilty of publishing on the Internet resource information, the dissemination of which is prohibited by law (Part 4 of Article 23.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus).
