Arbitration Court of Moscow dismissed the lawsuit of Northern Caucasus Resorts JSC to protect business reputation against the Telegram channel kavkaz_leakbez. The lawsuit was filed because of the publication about the company's corrupt ties. The court referred to the fact that the plaintiff did not try to identify the channel's owners and make claims against them personally.
