A member of the precinct election commission №1043 tried to prevent journalist Sofia Sattarova from entering the polling station. The girl, who later introduced herself as Victoria Kulikova, told a media representative that she had an order from the chairman of the precinct commission not to let journalists into the polling station and not to allow photo and video shooting. Executing this order, the girl stood in the gym's doorway, where the voting room was located. Later, after several calls to the management, the journalist was let in but was forbidden to take pictures of the ballot boxes.
