In Surgut, Yevgeny Neupokoev, journalist of the SurgutInformTV, was attacked while filming a story in a parking lot. The journalist’s finger was broken. According to Alexander Sadovsky, chief producer of SurgutInformTV, three men attacked the reporter in one of the parking lot premises. They knocked the camera out of his hands, threw him on the floor, and started beating him until he lost consciousness.
