Director of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Transport Company LLP Mikhail Chaika filed a civil lawsuit for the protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation against the Instagram blogger Alexandra Osipova. The plaintiff demands that the information in the post published by Osipova on her social network page, in which humorous congratulations from officials are presented in the form of a collage, be considered untrue. For instance, the image of the transport company director was accompanied by the commentary: «On March 8, I wish you to always have a joint in place». Mikhail Chaika asks the court to oblige Alexandra Osipova to refute the posted information and apologize and pay compensation for moral damage of KZT 1,000,000.
