Rector of the Yessenov University Berik Akhmetov filed a lawsuit against journalist Toktar Zhakash and lawyer Lyazzat Akhatova for publishing a scandalous video with the dancer. The journalist posted the video on his Facebook page, accompanied by an appeal to the Minister of Education and Science, in which he asked to take measures against the rector. The lawyer commented on Zhakash's post, expressing the opinion that such a person has no moral right to be the university's head. «The most interesting thing here is that I wrote the post, I posted the video, and below Lyazzat Akhatova wrote a comment. They sue me, they don't demand anything from me, but they demand KZT 2,000,000 from Lyazzat Akhatova. Previously, Lyazzat Akhatova worked at this university.
