Civil activist and blogger Aslan Sagutdinov was detained near the place of an alleged unauthorized protest rally in Uralsk. During the detention, the police officers tore the blogger's jacket, and one of the policemen split his lips with a headbutt. After Sagutdinov felt sick at the police station (he had an aneurysm), the ambulance took him to the hospital.
